Partnership #3 (2011 Two-Year Old)
DCTS would like to announce another partnership opportunity. I would like to introduce our 2011 Two-Year Old Partnership. The brief description of the details are below. There will be several affordable options to join. Hopefully one will work for you. What we are looking to do is to purchase a two-year old in training at an upcoming sale in the spring of 2011. The funds raised will go to purchase the horse and any funds left over will go toward the initial training fees. There will be 50 shares offered for a total of $50,000.00 capital. All 50 shares must sell and receive on or before March 31, 2011 . Ryan Walsh has agreed to help select and train the horse we purchase. The funds raised will go to purchase the horse and any funds left over will go toward the initial training fees, vets, shipping, and other expenses.
Here are the buy-in cost and training fees:
One full share will cost $1,000 with a training expense of $300 every 6 months
Half share will cost $500 with a training expense of $150 every 6 months
Quarter share will cost $250 with a training expense of $75 every six months.
Any earnings from the horse will cut the training expenses accordingly. This will be different than the previous partnerships we have had in the past. The partners will receive all net earnings for purses earned by the horse.
